我遇到了这个问题，结果是DbFunctionAttribute所在的类必须具有与edmx模式相同的名称空间。

所以在这种情况下要么将edmx架构命名空间更改为BillYeagerDB，
或者将EdmxExtensionMethods名称空间更改为BillYeagerModel
