ASP.NET MVC OWIN和SignalR – 两个Startup.cs文件

将您的signalr启动文件移动到App_Start文件夹并将其重命名为Startup.SignalR.cs。 它应具有此内容，请注意Configure方法已重命名为ConfigureSignalR：
