问题：您已在本地计算机上使用更高版本的.NET Framework开发应用程序，并在具有较低版本.NET Framework远程PC上运行该应用程序。
注意：如果您将应用程序定位为在Heigher版本的.NET Framework运行，则它不会在较低版本上运行。
解决方案：您需要将其定位到远程PC上可用的.NET Framework Lower Version以在远程PC上运行。
第1步：右键单击project – 选择properties
第2步：将Target Framework从.NET Framework xx更改为.NET Framework xy 。
注意： xx更高， xy是远程PC或更低版本的低版本。
